BARON FUENTE
Eric De Brisis is the proprietor for Baron Fuente, which is owned by Ignace Baron. Baron Fuente is a Champagne negotiant that also owns thirty-eight hectares of their own vineyards. They do buy a small amount on the vine, which they ultimately harvest themselves—a drastic contrast to most big house producers who only buy still wine already fermented, let alone unpicked fruit. Located in a village called Charly at the extreme western edge of Champagne (towards Paris), Baron Fuente produces long aged wines at spectacular prices, making them very attractive to our Champagne-loving customers. The wines boast a toastier, traditional style, making them easy to love right off the bat.
