Jack Rabbit Gin and a barrel-aged reserve from Salt Lake City — a classic London Dry profile with a Western twist.
Beehive Distilling was among the first craft distilleries in Utah, and Jack Rabbit Gin is its calling card: a London Dry backbone of juniper, with sage and other botanicals of the Great Basin behind it.
The Barrel Reserve takes the same gin into charred French oak that previously held white wine; Wine Enthusiast gave it 90 points for its mild honeysuckle fragrance, honeyed, warming flavour and spiced mid-palate, finishing on a juniper twang.
