Château de l'Ou is an organic estate at Montescot in the Roussillon, run by winemaker Séverine Bourrier. Her Grenache Rhapsody, 100 per cent Grenache released as Côtes Catalanes, is a monster of kirsch liqueur and herbes de Provence that Jeb Dunnuck has compared, vintage after vintage, to a top Châteauneuf-du-Pape — 95 points for the 2019.
Infiniment and Secret de Schistes are the Syrahs, from the black schist that makes the Roussillon's best reds.
