Domaine des Côtes Blanches is a family estate in Sancerre named for the white chalk slopes it farms. The white is pale yellow with flashes of green, crisp white peach, melon and yellow plum over flinty minerals, with a richness and persistence balanced by the acidity; it gets better with air.
We import the rosé and the red Sancerre alongside it — Pinot Noir from the same hills.
