Domaine des Remizières is in Mercurol, on the hills of Crozes-Hermitage, and makes some of the appellation's most serious wines. Cuvée Christophe gets the most oak of the Crozes bottlings: cherry-cola and blackberry, black pepper, incense and licorice, chewy and powerful. Origine is the fresher, earlier-drinking Crozes.
Cuvée Emilie is the family's Hermitage, from the great hill itself.
