The Jacourette vineyards sit in the shadow of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, the limestone massif that watched over this corner of Provence long before Cézanne made it famous on canvas. Over millennia the mountain's limestone has eroded into the surrounding clay soils, laying down the calcareous foundation that gives these wines their signature minerality.
The Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire rosé is the cru bottling; there is a straight Côtes de Provence rosé as well.
