Domaine la Colombe is in the Coteaux Varois en Provence, the hill country of the Var between the coast and the Verdon. Rosé season never quite feels official until La Colombe arrives — bright, expressive and endlessly drinkable, juicy white peach, ripe strawberry and fresh watermelon with a burst of citrus to keep it lively.
