Domaine Pluchot

One of our newest direct imports: Gamay St-Romain from the Côte Roannaise, technically Loire but a stone's throw from Beaujolais.

The Côte Roannaise is in the Upper Loire, technically part of the Loire Valley but actually closer to Beaujolais, and like its neighbour it belongs to Gamay. The grape here goes by Gamay St-Romain, a specific clonal selection a little different from the Gamay you may know. Domaine Pluchot is one of our newest direct imports.

Arris and Pierre à Bois are the two reds, from granite slopes above the Loire.
