Organic and biodynamic Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé from Verdigny, run by the second generation of the Tabordet brothers' families.
Nestled in the village of Verdigny, Domaine Tabordet was run by brothers Yvon and Pascal Tabordet, who took the reins in 1981. Their sons Marius and Gaël have since joined and now run the operation. With five hectares in Sancerre and sixteen in Pouilly-Fumé, they work organically and biodynamically across the varied soils of both appellations.
Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé are the mainstays; Calcis is the Pouilly-Fumé from pure limestone.
