The white — 45 per cent Grenache Blanc, 45 Roussanne, 10 Viognier, native yeast, concrete tank — is tight and serious, muscular rather than dandyish, and needs food.
The Vieilles Vignes red and the Vaucluse Rouge are the ones to buy by the case.
