Hepburn's Choice is an independent single malt label run by the Hunter Laing Company, a father and son duo located in the heart of Glasgow. Stewart Laing is the son of Douglas Laing—one of the most storied whisky houses in Scotland—and now he's brought his son Andrew into the company, now the third generation of the Laing dynasty to enter the fold. Historically a blending company, Hepburn's Choice is the single barrel offshoot of the business, bottling unique and interesting whiskies as individual cask selections. Because of their deep roots and longevity in the whisky industry, Hunter Laing has incredibly vast stocks of old casks dating back to contracts they've had in place for decades with distilleries all over Scotland.
