Les Vignerons de Florensac is a consortium of white-wine producers in the Picpoul area along the Mediterranean coast of the Languedoc. Florensac was established at the crossroads of a Roman trade route and the ancient ports of Sète and Agde, and is one of the oldest vineyard sites on the coastline.
Picpoul de Pinet Sélection is the oyster wine; Bleu Blanc, from the Côtes de Thau, is its sibling.
