Maison Idiart is a small Touraine house whose Sauvignon Blanc has a character of its own: quince, golden apple, guava and lemongrass sharing the stage with wet stone, edging towards the drier, spicier side and finishing briskly with a quinine note. There is a blanc de blancs sparkling wine as well.
