Minimalist Wines is the project of Sam Lambson, a non-interventionist winemaker who was in his early twenties when his first releases started getting attention. Syrah is the star: he explores the diversity of the grape planted in cool microclimates across the Western Cape, from Cape Agulhas to the mountains, in small batches.
Connect the Dots and Stars in the Dark are the Syrahs; the Experimental White is Chenin Blanc and the Experimental Noir is Cabernet Sauvignon.
