The First Annual Great West Coast Wine Tasting Tent Event
Once the West Coast gets under your skin, there’s no going back. From Seattle to San Diego, the terrain shifts, the vibe shifts, and certainly the weather shifts; but we’re all bound by the love of this rugged land shaped by the Pacific Ocean and the feeling of being at the edge of the U.S., like the final reward for explorers!
Yesterday, people from all over came together under one tent to celebrate the West Coast and one of its finest wares: wine! Our first annual Great West Coast Wine Tasting Tent Event was a sold-out affair, with winemakers and representatives from a huge range of wineries pouring and 400 guests eagerly joining them. The wines were as remarkable as they were varied—yet all were distinctly rooted in the place they came from. Our Domestic Wine Buyer Ryan Woodhouse curated a lineup of winemakers all at the top of their game, and the wines were just off the hook. We want to sincerely thank everyone who came out to pour, to taste, to empty spit buckets, and to celebrate this amazing era in West Coast wine.
If you didn’t make it to the event, we have the tasting lineup here for you, and all these wines are available for purchase. We hope you do support these passionate, talented winemakers—and be on the lookout for more great things to come from them.
In the meantime, we’ll be celebrating Italian wine in a few weeks in Culver City! We hope to see you there.
