Pierre Mineral is a small label built around one idea: a rosé that tastes like Chardonnay. Ninety per cent of it is Chardonnay, and not just any Chardonnay — Le Mesnil-sur-Oger grand cru and Montgueux, two of the best terroirs in the region for the grape. The pretty, subtle strawberry fruit comes from Vertus premier cru Pinot Noir vinified red.
The result is a clean, refreshing, dry rosé that Champagne lovers reach for when they want elegance over colour.
