Grant Taylor's single-sub-region Pinot Noirs — Gibbston, Bannockburn, Bendigo — and a Waitaki Riesling, from one of Central Otago's founding winemakers.
Valli is the label of Grant Taylor, who made the first wines at Gibbston Valley in the early 1990s and founded his own estate in 1998 to show how differently Pinot Noir behaves across Central Otago's sub-regions. The wines are bottled by place: Gibbston, the coolest and most perfumed; Bannockburn, the warmest and deepest; Bendigo, the most structured.
