How To Curbside

Come see us for curbside pickup! We’ll have one of our awesome staff members ready to help. Here’s John from our Hollywood location.

We’ve officially entered a new chapter for K&L: Curbside Pickup. If you’re near any of our three locations, you can select to pick up your purchase directly from the store. It’s no contact. It’s easy as pie. And it’s free.

Here’s our curbside how-to in a few simple steps:

Fill your cart and make your purchase at klwines.com. You can select “delivery” or “will call” with a choice of Redwood City, San Francisco, or Hollywood. You’ll receive an estimated timeline for when your order will be ready, and then a confirmation email once it is. Please wait for the “ready for pickup” email before you come see us.

Note your vehicle number and enter it on our Order Status page at klwines.com when you arrive.

We’re open for curbside from 11AM to 6PM every day, every store. When you come to pick up, you’ll enter the K&L parking spot number into your Order Status page. It’ll have a list of what’s ready for you. We’ll have a staff member waiting to help. He or she will do a quick contact-free ID check and then place your order next to your car.
And voila! You’re all done.
