Report from Keith in Rhône: “Started this morning with a light tasting from our friends at French Libation. Was joined by @tibo_verquiere from Domaine Verquiere for some new vintage sampling. Followed by lunch at Cafe de France (Again!).

Spring is in the air, and it's also flowing from our tasting bars! Weds in SF, we'll have Belgian beer / Thurs in SF: single-malt whisky from Virginia. Friday in SF/RWC/HW: chillable, glugable reds for all your grill-side needs. Saturday in SF/RWC/HW

Two of my favorite hangs: Rudi de Pins Chateau de Montfaucon, and Jean Baptiste Meunier of Moulin de la Gardette. Representing Lirac and Gigondas respectively, they make some of the best wines in each of those regions.
